Frequently Asked Questions

Are Medjool dates a healthy snack?

Yes. Medjool dates contain fibre and nutrients including potassium, magnesium and vitamin B6. Their natural carbohydrates make them a convenient source of energy. Because dates are naturally high in sugar, enjoy them in moderation as part of a balanced diet.

What does “Delight” mean for Medjool dates?

Delight is an appearance grade, not a different type of date. Our Delight dates are Palestinian Medjool dates with more natural skin separation than our Premium grades. This affects how the dates look, while they retain the soft texture and rich sweetness associated with Medjool dates. They are ideal for everyday snacking and recipes.
