Rift Valley Farms UK Ltd Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we offer the following return options:

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for unused, unopened items in their original condition.
• Perishable Goods: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, food products cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
• Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
