1. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges are currently a standard £3.50 for all orders
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days.
3. International Shipping
· We do not offer international shipping.
4. Local Delivery or Pickup (if applicable)
- We offer local delivery in Edinburgh City Centre for orders.
- Free local delivery is only available for orders over £50.
5. Delays and Issues
- Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by external factors like weather conditions or carrier delays.
- In the event of significant delays, we will contact you via email or phone to provide an update.
7. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to two business days for the tracking information to update.
8. Missing or Lost Packages
- If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please check the tracking information. If there is no update, contact our customer service team at info.uk@riftvalleyfarms.com.
- Please ensure that the shipping address is correct before placing the order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address.
