We are delighted to bring organic Medjool dates from Palestine to the UK – both from our family farm in the Jordan Valley and from our community of local farmers. Naturally sweet in flavour and rich in antioxidants, our dates can be enjoyed as a simple nutritious snack or as an ingredient in both sweet and savoury cooking.

Dates are graded based on size, skin separation and appearance. Rift Valley's premium Medjool dates are softer and with minimal skin separation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are organic Medjool dates good for you?

Yes. Organic Medjool dates contain fibre and nutrients including potassium, magnesium and vitamin B6. Their natural carbohydrates also make them a convenient source of energy. Because dates are naturally high in sugar, enjoy them in moderation as part of a balanced diet.

What is special about Premium Medjool dates?

Premium Medjool dates are selected for their large size, soft texture, rich caramel-like flavour and smooth appearance. Their quality and presentation make them ideal for gifting, sharing or enjoying as an everyday treat.

Are these Medjool dates really Palestinian?

Yes. Our Medjool dates are grown in Palestine. We produce certified organic dates on Rift Valley Farms’ own farm in the Jordan Valley and source additional organic and natural dates from trusted Palestinian farmers. We oversee the quality, sorting and packing process, giving every box a clear and traceable Palestinian origin.
