Orders are processed within 1-3 business days
(excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation
email.

your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are currently a standard
£3.50 for all orders
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days.

We offer local delivery in Edinburgh City Centre
for orders.
Free local delivery is only available for
orders over £50.

Shipping times are estimates and may be

contact you via email or phone to provide an update.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive
an email with tracking information. Please allow up to two business days
for the tracking information to update.

Missing or Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within the
expected delivery time, please check the tracking information. If there is

Please ensure that the shipping address is
correct before placing the order. We are not responsible for packages lost
due to an incorrect address.

Returns Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your
purchase. If you’re not, we offer the following return options:
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of
receipt for unused, unopened items in their original condition.
Perishable Goods: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, food
products cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please contact us within 48 hours of
receiving your order with photos of the issue.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, a
refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10
business days.
