Frequently Asked Questions

What are the health benefits of Medjool dates?

Medjool dates contain fibre, potassium and magnesium. Their naturally occurring carbohydrates provide energy, while the fibre contributes to normal digestion. They are naturally high in sugar, so enjoy them in sensible portions as part of a balanced diet.

How should I store Medjool dates?

Store Medjool dates in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep them in an airtight container in the refrigerator to help preserve their softness and freshness. For a 5kg box, you can divide the dates into smaller airtight containers and freeze any portions you will not use soon.

Are these Medjool dates Palestinian?

Yes. Our Delight Natural Medjool Dates are from our farms in Palestine or are sourced from trusted Palestinian farmers. We work closely with them to maintain consistent quality, then sort and pack the dates through Rift Valley Farms, giving every box a clear and traceable Palestinian origin.
