Ingredients
- 50g sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tsp oil from the sun-dried tomatoes
- 150ml cooking cream (single cream)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 130g cooked spaghetti
- 30g grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Method
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes along with the reserved oil and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the cream and reduce the heat to low.
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
