Medjool Date, Chocolate & Espresso Mousse

Made with naturally sweet Palestinian Medjool dates, dark chocolate, fresh espresso, and banana, this indulgent no-bake dessert is naturally sweetened, full of flavour, and incredibly easy to make. It's the perfect make-ahead dessert for dinner parties or whenever you're craving something sweet.

Ingredients

  • 6 Quirky Medjool dates, pitted and soaked in boiling water for 10 minutes
  • 150g dark chocolate
  • 1 shot of espresso
  • 350ml hot milk
  • 2 bananas
  • Fresh raspberries, for garnish

Method

  1. Prepare the base: Add the soaked Medjool dates, dark chocolate, espresso, and hot milk to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add the bananas: Add the bananas and blend again until the mixture is silky smooth and creamy.
  3. Chill: Pour the mousse into serving glasses or bowls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  4. Serve: Garnish with fresh raspberries and enjoy.
